In October, 2008, DC&E conducted a series of interviews with key community stakeholders that are active and involved in the City of Upland, including cultural organizations, recreational organizations, the school district, non-profit agencies, business owners, property owners, developers, and others.
Educational Workshop #2 Breakout Group Notes
This workshop summary highlights the comments received by those in attendance at the second community workshop. There were five different work stations at the workshop, each focusing on a specific topic, including community character & urban design, parks & recreation, historical & cultural resources, mineral resources, and air quality & GHG. The community's comments will be used to guide preparation of land use altnernatives as well as goals and policies for the General Plan Update.
