This postcard is an invitation to the first 2 community workshop for the Upland General Plan Update. This first workshop will be held Thursday, November 6, 6:30pm to 8:00pm at the Carnegie Cultural Center in Downtown (123 D Street). The second workshop will be held Tuesday, December 9, 2008, 6:30 – 9:00 pm in the George M.
