Upland General Plan Update

Please come to the City of Upland’s upcoming Community Workshop to help develop a Vision and Preferred Land Use Alternative for three “Special Study Areas” in the City:

• Foothill Boulevard
• Southeast Quadrant
• College Heights

Working with the community in previous workshops, the City selected these three areas in Upland to study in special detail as part of the Citywide General Plan update.

At this workshop you will:

• Participate in a visioning exercise to help develop goals and priorities for the Special Study Areas
• Review 3 possible land use alternatives for each Special Study Area
• Select a Preferred Land Use Alternative for each Special Study Area
